1. Service Description and Acceptance of Terms
QuickCount is a free survey data collection and analysis tool that provides survey creation, data collection, AI analysis and other features. By downloading, installing or using QuickCount, you indicate that you have fully understood, agreed to and accepted all terms of this Agreement. If you do not agree, please immediately stop using and uninstall the application.
QuickCount uses an anonymous private key authentication mechanism and does not collect your phone number, email or other personal identity information. The private key generated by the application is stored only on your device locally. You are responsible for safeguarding your private key. Once lost, we cannot recover your account or data.
2. Free Service and "As-Is" Provision
QuickCount is a completely free application and does not charge any fees (including download, use, AI analysis, data storage, etc.). As a free service:
- "As-Is" Provision: QuickCount is provided on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis, without any express or implied warranties or commitments regarding the continuity, stability, accuracy, suitability or error-free nature of the service.
- No Service Guarantee: We do not guarantee that the service will not be interrupted or that errors will not occur, nor do we guarantee that data will not be lost. You understand and agree that all risks of using the free service are borne by you.
- Termination at Any Time: We reserve the right to suspend, terminate or modify the service at any time without prior notice and without assuming any liability.
3. Account and Data Security
- Private Key Custody: The application generates an encrypted private key locally on your device for identity authentication. Once the private key is lost, it cannot be recovered. We do not provide private key recovery services. You must properly safeguard your device and private key.
- Account Security: You are responsible for all operations under your account. For account theft, data leakage or loss caused by private key disclosure, device loss or other personal reasons, you shall bear all responsibility.
- Data Backup: QuickCount does not provide data recovery services. We recommend that you regularly back up important data through "Settings → Data Management → Export Data" function.
4. Compliant Use and Prohibited Conduct
You must comply with applicable laws and regulations when using QuickCount. The following conduct is strictly prohibited:
- Storing or disseminating illegal, infringing, obscene, fraudulent, violent, gambling, hate speech or any content that violates public order and morals.
- Using QuickCount for any commercial fraud, network attacks, malicious marketing or other illegal activities.
- Attempting to crack, decompile, reverse engineer application code, or interfere with or disrupt the normal operation of the service.
- Bulk account registration, malicious points farming, abuse of AI analysis features or other conduct that violates fair use principles.
Consequences of Violations: Once a violation is discovered, we have the right to immediately suspend or terminate your account and delete violating content without prior notice. In serious cases, we reserve the right to report to law enforcement authorities.
5. Points System
- Points Purpose: QuickCount uses a points model to control AI analysis costs. Users can earn points by watching rewarded ads.
- Nature of Points: Points are virtual benefits that cannot be exchanged for cash, transferred or traded, and are only for use within QuickCount.
- Rule Changes: We reserve the right to adjust points rules (including acquisition methods, consumption rules, validity period, etc.) at any time. Modified rules take effect immediately without separate notice.
- No Refunds: Points once consumed cannot be refunded. When an account is deleted or the service is terminated, all remaining points automatically become invalid and will not be compensated.
6. Third-Party Services and Disclaimer
Important Statement: QuickCount integrates third-party services (including but not limited to Google AdMob advertising, Supabase database, AI model interfaces, etc.). These third-party services are operated by independent third-party companies and are not controlled by QuickCount.
- Third-Party Service Interruptions: For service unavailability, data loss or other losses caused by third-party service providers' system failures, policy adjustments, service termination or other reasons, the responsibility is entirely borne by the third-party service provider, and QuickCount assumes no liability.
- Advertising Content: Ad content displayed through Google AdMob is provided by advertisers and Google. QuickCount is not responsible for the truthfulness, legality or accuracy of advertising content.
- Privacy Policies: The data collection and processing practices of third-party services are governed by their own privacy policies. Please read them carefully before use. QuickCount is not responsible for third-party privacy protection measures.
- No Availability Commitment: We do not guarantee the continuous availability of third-party services, nor do we make any guarantees regarding the quality or security of third-party services.
7. Intellectual Property
- User Content: The intellectual property rights to surveys, question banks, response data and other content created by you belong to you. You authorize QuickCount to store, process and display such content to the extent necessary to provide services.
- AI-Generated Content: Analysis reports, charts and text generated by AI are derivative outputs of AI models and do not enjoy copyright. You may use such content freely, but you are responsible for the accuracy and legality of the content.
- Application Rights: QuickCount and its affiliates own all intellectual property rights in the application (including but not limited to trademarks, interface designs, source code, algorithms). Copying, modifying, decompiling or creating derivative works is prohibited without written permission.
8. Limitation of Liability and Disclaimer
To the maximum extent permitted by law, QuickCount and its affiliates, employees and partners assume no liability for the following circumstances:
- Service interruptions, delays, errors, data loss or corruption.
- Any direct, indirect, incidental, special, punitive or consequential damages (including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of goodwill, data loss) suffered by users from using or being unable to use the service.
- Service interruptions or data loss caused by force majeure (natural disasters, wars, government actions, network attacks, power outages, etc.).
- Any losses caused by failures, termination or policy changes of third-party services (Google AdMob, Supabase, AI interfaces, etc.).
- Losses caused by users' own operational errors, device failures, private key disclosure or other user-caused reasons.
- Any losses or legal liabilities suffered by users for violating this Agreement or laws and regulations.
- The accuracy, reliability or applicability of AI analysis results. AI analysis is for reference only and does not constitute professional advice. Users must make their own judgments and assume usage risks.
Even when assuming liability, QuickCount's total liability shall not exceed 100 USD.
9. Service Termination and Data Processing
- User-Initiated Termination: You may delete your account and all data at any time through "Settings → Privacy & Security → Delete Account" function. Deletion is irreversible, so please proceed with caution.
- Our Termination Rights: If you violate this Agreement or relevant laws, we have the right to immediately suspend or terminate your account and delete relevant data without prior notice and without assuming any liability.
- Service Cessation: We reserve the right to stop providing QuickCount service at any time. When the service stops, we will make reasonable efforts to notify in advance (but do not guarantee). You need to export data yourself. After service cessation, we are not responsible for data loss.
10. Agreement Changes
We may update this Agreement at any time due to legal requirements, business adjustments or other reasons. The modified Agreement will be announced in the app or notified through other means. Continued use of the service indicates your acceptance of the new Agreement. If you do not agree with the new Agreement, please immediately stop using and delete your account.
11. Dispute Resolution and Applicable Law
The formation, effectiveness, interpretation, performance and dispute resolution of this Agreement shall be governed by the laws of the Macao Special Administrative Region of the People's Republic of China. For any disputes arising from this Agreement, both parties shall first seek to resolve them through friendly negotiation; if negotiation fails, either party has the right to file a lawsuit with a court of competent jurisdiction in the Macao Special Administrative Region.
12. Other Terms
- Entire Agreement: This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between you and QuickCount regarding the use of the service and supersedes any prior oral or written agreements.
- Severability: If any provision of this Agreement is deemed invalid or unenforceable, that provision shall be interpreted in a valid form as close as possible to the original intent, and the remaining provisions shall remain in effect.
- Non-Waiver: Our failure to exercise or delay in exercising any right under this Agreement does not constitute a waiver of that right.

Special Notice: Since QuickCount uses an anonymous authentication mechanism, we cannot verify your account identity via email and therefore cannot process account-related matters through email. Account operations must be completed in-app by yourself.
